SHOP POLICY

PROCESSING TIMES

 Embroidered Patches

  • Processing time for embroidered patches is 1-2 business days.

 Handmade Items

  • Our handmade items are made to order and shipped out within 3-5 business days.

 Custom Orders

  • We are not accepting custom orders at this time.

 Random Treasures

  • Processing time for embroidered patches is 1-2 business days.

 

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be received before the item is shipped.

  • Please confirm your PayPal address BEFORE making your purchase. Items will be shipped to the PayPal address associated with the buyer’s account.

 

SHIPPING

  • Free shipping is available for embroidered patches ONLY.

  • All items under 1lb. are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Items weighting more than 1lb. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number is assigned to every package that we ship out.

  • All orders are made in the order they are received. We do NOT rush orders. Please be sure to look at processing times before you make your purchase. (Processing times are located in the description of the product listing).

  • You will receive a shipping notification by email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Please confirm your PayPal address BEFORE making your purchase. Items will be shipped to the PayPal address associated with the buyer’s account.

  • Brownskin Things is no longer shipping internationally.

  • Q: It says my package was delivered, but I didn’t receive it. Now what?

A: Unfortunately, there’s not a lot I can do from my end. Once the order ships, I don’t have any control over what the post office does with it. If you take your tracking number to the post office or your mail carrier, they can assist you further.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Cancellations

  • A request for cancellation must be received within 24 hours of purchase.

Returns

  • Contact me within 7 days of delivery for a return. I will email you a return shipping label. Returned items must be returned within 7 days after receiving the return shipping label. A refund will NOT be granted until the item has been returned.

  • FOR BROKEN ITEMS: If your item is broken during shipment we will give you a refund for your item, minus the shipping charges. Take a picture of the broken item and contact us via email at info@brownskinthings.com

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges.

The Following Items Can’t Be Returned

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital product downloads

  • Items on sale/clearance

  • Items that are sold as-is

F.A.Q.
